Refund policy

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• Free from scents, marks, or damage
• In the original packaging (including tags, gift boxes or tissue paper where applicable)
• Returned within 28 days of delivery

For hygiene reasons, socks, hats, and underwear cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Start a Return

To begin your return, please contact us at hello@meadowmini.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for return

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 3–5 working days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an item shows signs of wear or damage or is returned outside the 28-day return window, we may not be able to issue a refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email us — exchanges are subject to availability.

Exchanges are processed once the original item has been returned and checked.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless:

• The item arrived faulty
• You received the wrong item

In these cases, we will cover the return cost or provide a prepaid returns label.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.
